Sur la Table!
I love that place and I miss going there. In Northern California I used to live a few miles from one and there was one near where I was working too. I keep forgetting that there is one right in Chandler, I've only been there a few times. Sur la Table makes me want to throw a party every time I go. I have been getting their emails and they've been having incredible sales, so last Sunday I splurged.
A couple of weeks ago while gazing threw The Pioneer Woman's Cookbook, I realized that I didn't have any large baking dishes...so I just had to get one. Of course my first pick of any kitchen item is red, then pink, but I gotta tell ya, Caribbean Blue is very pretty.
Now for a little math...
1 Caribbean Blue Le Creuset Baking Dish...
PLUS Blackberries from my yard...
PLUS The Pioneer Woman Cooks book...
EQUALS 1 very yummy Blackberry Cobbler!
More experimenting to come...now I can also bake some Veggie LASAGNA!
